Every now and again a truly remarkable sighting is witnessed – and this is one of those times!

Two lionesses were stalking a pair of Coke’s Hartebeest in Kenya’s Masai Mara when the chase set off. The unlucky Hartebeest put in a stellar effort, and tried jumping into a small body of water to escape the chasing lioness, but didn’t see her sister coming in hot from the side! Incredible footage!

Well done and thanks to Andrea Mason for this amazing sighting!
